Dry Lagoon as its name implies, has no water, but is a great place to spend the day hiking the beach and camping, with access to a three mile coastal trail that will also lead to the Stone Lagoon's environmental campsites.  Here you will find six sites with a pit toilet and no water. It's quiet with great access to beach. Availiable Mid-May thru mid-Sep. Reservations are not accepted, but you can call for same day availability (707-677-3570).  Campsites require registration at Patrick's Point State Park to obtain entry code.  (8 miles south of Dry Lagoon).10 minutes south of Redwood National & State Park

This campground is among the dunes on the northernmost section of the Lost Coast Trail.  Great for surfing and fishing with a beach hike that leads to the historic Punta Gorda lighthouse.  Approx 7 miles round trip. 14 tent/trailer campsites with picnic tables, fire rings, vault toilets, no hookups. Potable water. Lost Coast Trailhead and parking area. Wheelchair accessible.
